Not only did he explain how the extended warranty claim worked in clear detail, but he also went the extra mile to get me approved for a brand new engine replacement under VW OneDrive—something I never expected! Doug’s professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. He even arranged for a service loaner, which turned out to be a brand new 2025 VW Jetta—a fantastic vehicle that made the repair wait comfortable and enjoyable. Doug in particular was very helpful, professional, friendly. AC issue on my Jetta was not able to be diagnosed by multiple other VW dealerships. However, they were able to diagnose and fix it here.
