I brought my 2022 Jetta in to solve an echo in phone calls that makes it impossible to talk. While the people at VW Sunnyvale are great, the outcome was not. I was advised that this is a known issue with Jetta since prior to 2020 and, in fact, still exists in cars actively being sold today. I was further told that VW has no plans to fix it. I honestly would not have bought the car if it was disclosed to me that it can't make phone-calls through Apple CarPlay. It feels illegal for VW to be selling these cars without a disclosure.

The environment and staff are very professional. My sales rep, Natalia, always followed up and was very courteous. The whole process (and pricing) was completely transparent, unlike the dealerships for other EV brands I considered. I also think the VW id.4 product is the best in its class considering features, performance, engineering and ease-of-use.

Bought a new Buzz recently and the A/C was not blowing cold air. Our local dealer could help us for 3 weeks. Sunnyvale VW was able to get us in next day. The service department was l quick to identify the issue and fix it. We were there for just around an hour. Quick service and everyone was super friendly. A+ all around! Thanks!
