One of engine cover grommets was missing, oil is overfilled. Asked to not wash the car but it was taken to the carwash area, reminded not to wash and was told it's there for vacuum. However it wasn't vacuumed when i received it, with oil stains interior door handle. Hard to trust the service that doesn't pay attention to such details.
