No estimate on service was given prior to coming in. I was told car would be washed and vacuumed. I thought this gesture was nice, however car was not vacuumed and I was left a bit disappointed. Checking out, the service tech did not go over what was dome to the car, I had to prompt for a run down of what was done.

Past two times interacting with the advisor is not a good experience. This time they made some assumptions how i would pay for oil change and used my free maintainance allowance while i stated i want to pay for it. Oil was way above the max mark when i left, coupon for oil change for $129 became $139,
