CITLALLY ESCOBAR was my service advisor on 7/31/2025. Now, I came to Sunnyvale VW because Boardwalk VW misdiagnosed my issue from a faulty starter button to needing a new battery ($700). Citlally knew immediately the issue was the starter button. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Result: Hello Sunnyvale VW! You’re my new dealership from here on out—and I won’t hesitate to let other VW drivers know my good luck finding Sunnyvale VW. Also, huge shout out to FRANK BAKHTIARI, who sold me an extended warranty on my Alltrack (as well as my Fiancee’s Alltrack—same day). 7/29/2025 (my car—29K miles). Ziggy is an active listener and responded to my request for information without redirection. She was timely in responding so that we were able to handle follow up requirements quickly, and comprehensive meaning I was prepared with proper documentation on arrival. As a result we were able to finalize a lease without hassle (walked in the door and exited within a couple of hours). Lastly, she provided a terrific overview of vehicle operational quirks which was great for a newbie EV user.
