    Caitlin Michelle Perry from the service department was outstanding with her communication and attitude in making sure everything I needed for my car was addressed. She was very kind and professional. I didn't feel like I was around typical car sales people/service people who were trying to up charge every little thing.

    Arrived at 8:30 and asked for a shuttle (indicated when making appointment and in-person) back home. The person who served me, Doug, asked me to wait for 1-1.5 hours instead of finding a shuttle for me. I ended up waiting almost 3 hours at the service center until they told me I need to replace my brake pads, which requires another 1-2 hours. While they replace my brake pad, I have another appointment so that I had to ask someone else to drive me. Doug never called me back to pick up my car and I had to call them to check my vehicle status, which ended up another 3 hours. Once returning to the service center, I found out that one of my service that I asked for, tire rotation, was not performed. This is after the service center charged me and they spend another 30 minutes to do the tire rotation. The regular maintenance took me almost a day; the tire rotation would never be performed if I didn’t asked or checked. I feel extremely disrespected and frustrated since I don’t know if I can believe if the service I paid for were performed. Furthermore, Doug seemed not to care much on how long I’ve waited nor the service was not completed. I am aware of the high service charge for maintenance and I’m willing to take it as an VW owner. I sincerely hope this survey can improve how you serve customers and listen to what we actually need - respect and trust.

    Staff behavior and attitude towards customer must be improved. Advisor Doug and Front staft were not helpful at all with dismissive responses. My service advisor did not have time to provide any details or work performed on my car since he was busy chatting with front desk staff Caitlyn.
