    Dishonest service, lack of communication, will not be back!! 0 stars if that was an option. When I arrived, I asked Doug if there were holiday specials or online specials for oil change. He said no, but he could give me $20 off an oil change. I brought my car in at 1 pm and he told me it would be ready between 3 and 3:30. I arrived back at the service center at 3:40 and he said that I needed an air filter replacement and one other thing and asked if I wanted to do that today. IF he had called me before the pickup time, I would have done it; however, since I was not notified sooner and given a new pick up time with the additional work, I opted not to do it. Then he said that the car would be finished in 15 minutes so I sat in the waiting area. I waited for an HOUR past the pick up time before the car was ready. I checked out and continued to wait for my car. During that time I heard Doug mention an online special for oil change for $69- half of what I was getting charged. I looked on the website and saw the deal. When I asked Doug why I wasn't told about this when I asked him about specials, he said "oh I didn't realize it was online, normally those deals are emailed to you." Then I asked him to fix the invoice. So I spent another 15-20 minutes with the cashier getting the refund. I am almost due for a 40K service check and I will definitely do this service at another dealer. Highly disappointed in the lack of communication, poor customer service and overall experience.

    Good and Bad: Good: Doug who worked on the machine was kind to talk to but did not provide timely updates unless asked. Its fine though since I believe he was very busy. Good: Receptionist was kind and pleasant to talk to. Bad: Doug informed me that my car was ready almost by the end of the Friday. And gave me only 1 day to return the loaner vehicle. This was not mentioned when the vehicle was given out to me. I would have appreciated the knowledge because we made plans for the weekend and were informed after 4pm that the vehicle was ready. That caused us to change plans. Bad: The technical person was rude and disinterested.Had no interest in explaining what work was done on the car. She was very reluctant and unwilling. Also gave answers to the questions as if I was supposed to know all the things I was asking. Sorry, not every guy is good with cars and technical stuff related to repairs. Car was not cleaned well from outside and not cleaned at all from inside. Zero effort to impress the first time new customer. When asked, they took the car back for cleaning and did a very light vacuum on the interior.
