It was easy to make an appointment, drop off the car, get a shuttle to work and pick up the car (even washed) at the end of the day.

For the most part everything went fine, though I was surprised that there was no way to electronically transfer my down payment directly to the dealer and to secure a cashiers check from my bank. Additionally, it would have been great to know what warranties were available and the price of each before purchasing the vehicle so I could make the best informed choices.

They have still not fixed the engine noise since VW claims it is natural... Also asked for the rear window wiper blade to be replaced but it was not...

CAITLIN was unmatched!!! Customer service 1-10 she broke the scale for me. She was wonderful, patient attentive, knowledgeable and greeted me with joyful laughter. I will only be servicing my car at Sunnyvale VW from now on only because of Caitlin Perry.

My VW service was conveniently scheduled, promptly handled, and thoroughly serviced as requested. The service representative (Citlally) handled the service professionally and made the experience worthwhile. A shuttle service was also offered and provided, back home and return to dealership. I plan future VW service to be taken care of by the Sunnyvale VW service department. Thanks !
