I am disappointed with the handling of a critical issue related to my vehicle's brake and rotor pads. After the service, I was informed that they now need to be replaced. On further inquiry, I learned that had I brought in my car for service 2-3 months prior, the issue would have been resolved free. I'm frustrated that the dealership failed to notify me about this problem or the 2 year window earlier. As a customer who relies on the dealership for maintenance and safety updates, I would have expected a proative communication if there was a known concern with my vehicle model. Unfortunately, no such outreach was made, which now leaves me bearing the cost of a repair that could have been avoided.

Dishonest service, lack of communication, will not be back!! 0 stars if that was an option. When I arrived, I asked Doug if there were holiday specials or online specials for oil change. He said no, but he could give me $20 off an oil change. I brought my car in at 1 pm and he told me it would be ready between 3 and 3:30. I arrived back at the service center at 3:40 and he said that I needed an air filter replacement and one other thing and asked if I wanted to do that today. IF he had called me before the pickup time, I would have done it; however, since I was not notified sooner and given a new pick up time with the additional work, I opted not to do it. Then he said that the car would be finished in 15 minutes so I sat in the waiting area. I waited for an HOUR past the pick up time before the car was ready. I checked out and continued to wait for my car. During that time I heard Doug mention an online special for oil change for $69- half of what I was getting charged. I looked on the website and saw the deal. When I asked Doug why I wasn't told about this when I asked him about specials, he said "oh I didn't realize it was online, normally those deals are emailed to you." Then I asked him to fix the invoice. So I spent another 15-20 minutes with the cashier getting the refund. I am almost due for a 40K service check and I will definitely do this service at another dealer. Highly disappointed in the lack of communication, poor customer service and overall experience.
