The question in below doesn’t capture why i rate a 1 star only score. There are lots of communication issues before i arrive, and no preparation in service side. For example, your call center confirm there will be loaner car for this recall appointment. However, the sunnyvale service said not available, so i spend one more hour and $50 to get home. In addition, it is a recall appointment, but the service told me they are not sure the availability of part for the repair, i need to wait another half hour for their internal check. It is ridiculous for me. There are more, i suggest the management team to try it by yourself to experience it. Most outrageous is that the work is promised for one day only, but I didn’t receive any response in the next day for update on Saturday, so my Sunday plan is gone because of it. From the car notification, the repair actually starts on the next Monday. Unbelievable.

broke down on the way back to Santa Cruz - error message: too much oil in the engine! It appears that the technician filled in 5 liters of oil (required for the 2 liter engine) instead of the correct amount for the 1.5 liter engine
