    broke down on the way back to Santa Cruz - error message: too much oil in the engine! It appears that the technician filled in 5 liters of oil (required for the 2 liter engine) instead of the correct amount for the 1.5 liter engine

    Called to make appointment for RECALL of PODS unit. Not told over the phone that the part has to be ordered specifically by vehicle. Arrived at appointment but had to leave vehicle until part order was placed and received. Loss of use of vehicle 4 days. Upon picking up vehicle, an alarm appeared showing there was a problem with the dynamic turning device. Service tech stated that this 2nd visit MIGHT be an easy reset of the system. After 2 hours in the waiting room, told that the head light needs to be replaced. Another part NOT in inventory: Strike 2! I had to leave the vehicle at the dealership again! Will be without this vehicle another 3-5 days! Is this good customer service?! I think not!!
