Caitlin is my favorite. She always gives the best service and answers all of my questions. A very hard worker and kind associate. I come back to get my car worked on constantly because of her.

Absolutely fantastic experience. They made it super easy for me to schedule an appointment the day of because I had an urgent bug that prevented me from opening my driver door. I was helped right away upon dropping my car off. Although they ran out of rentals, they had someone pick me up from a local enterprise and cover the cost (minus gas) for me to rent car for the duration it took to resolve my bug. Once my car was done, I dropped my car off at enterprise and then they drove me over back to the service center. Obviously, no one wants to deal with car issues, but Sunnyvale Volkswagen made this experience extremely delightful
