Sergio, Sergio, Sergio. If there’s one thing you should NEVER do, it’s trust this place to fix anything. I wish I had read the reviews before handing over my car because this has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The only redeeming thing about this place is Victoria—other than that, it’s the most unprofessional, incompetent shop I’ve ever dealt with. And the person running this circus? SERGIO. An absolute disaster of a manager. Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incapable of taking responsibility for his team’s mistakes.
I brought my car in for a simple repair—just a small fix on the back door and a paint job. They told me it would take two days. It took FOUR. Fine, delays happen. But when I finally arrived to pick up my car, I was greeted with a shocking sight—my gray car was covered in BLUE paint spots. I pointed it out, and suddenly, Sergio went into full damage control mode—apologizing, playing the "nice guy," and assuring me it was just wax. He promised to fix it in 30 minutes.
Of course, that was a lie. Turns out, the real problem was that they left the car in the rain before the paint had fully dried. Any child could see that each blue spot was perfectly placed under every rain droplet—clear proof of a sloppy, unprofessional paint job. But Sergio, being the master of excuses, tried to blame the people who washed the car. An obvious, pathetic lie.
So what did he do? He kept my car for ANOTHER WEEK, wasting my time and dragging this disaster out even further. And then, to top it all off, he had the audacity to email me saying that this is "normal" and "happens in every shop." Really? Because in professional shops, this is rare. In a joke of a shop like this, it’s apparently an everyday occurrence.
When I finally went to pick up my car, the friendly Sergio from the week before was gone. Instead, he was rude, aggressive, and full of attitude—not a single apology for the lies, the delays, the excuses, or the terrible job they did. I was honestly stunned by the lack of professionalism.
This place operates inside VW Sunnyvale, so if you're taking your car there, make sure B&B NEVER TOUCHES YOUR CAR. Otherwise, you’ll regret it just like I did.
Worst experience ever. I’ll be posting videos, photos, emails, and recordings of their terrible work and unprofessional behavior on Yelp and professional review sites. People need to know what kind of scam this place is running.
