Service department was professional, courteous and prompt. It would be nice if the AC on a brand new ID.4 didn't stop working after a few miles.

I called for an appointment and my appointment was made quickly by Caroline. At the Service center Doug was professional and friendly, meeting me at the door before I even got out of my car. The shuttle service is great, Anthony was efficient and the vehicle was clean. My car was done in the estimated time Doug gave me and returned to me clean.
