I had a great experience right from dropping the car, to choosing the right service package, to picking the car up. It was a hassle-free process that I really appreciated. Doug was amazing. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because of the experience on the booking website. 1. The website had me book a shuttle, but the service center did not have shuttles on Saturday and I had to arrange my own transport. 2. I had an appointment on the website and a confirmation email but it didn't show on the service executive's tablet.

I explained that my car had high pitch squeaking noise. Was told it was brake pads and they changed them it wasn’t. It still makes the sound. Brought it to the dealership twice they have never fixed it.

While Citlaly did everything she could, I still have the problem that the battery does not charge to the extent it used to - I would get around 270 miles at 80% charge, now I only get around 230.

Caitlin is absolutely fantastic. She has helped me each time I have needed to service my car, and I appreciate her friendliness and customer support. She is very experienced and knowledgeable! No one wants to have to deal with servicing their car due to the inconvenience of limited transportation, but Sunnyvale VW makes it incredible seamless and easy. From offering a free shuttle home to customers who drop off their car to renting a car for the customer, cost free, if there is a significant issue with your vehicle to where it needs to spend 1+ days at the shop, I cannot reccomend this location enough.
