    Citlally Escobar was so very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me figure a a computer warning on my car, get it fixed and get me on the road to my job in Lake Tahoe. She saved me.

    I had a great experience right from dropping the car, to choosing the right service package, to picking the car up. It was a hassle-free process that I really appreciated. Doug was amazing. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because of the experience on the booking website. 1. The website had me book a shuttle, but the service center did not have shuttles on Saturday and I had to arrange my own transport. 2. I had an appointment on the website and a confirmation email but it didn't show on the service executive's tablet.

    I explained that my car had high pitch squeaking noise. Was told it was brake pads and they changed them it wasn’t. It still makes the sound. Brought it to the dealership twice they have never fixed it.
