A customer service agent met me outside a few minutes after I pulled in. She texted me so we could be in contact. When the car was ready she sent me a message to come back. The car was washed outside and vacuumed inside. Clear communication let me manage the rest of my day well. I appreciated the consideration for my time. I did not love the waiting area options. I preferred the couch but it was in the showroom. I went to a nearby cafe instead.

Was welcomed immediately upon my arrival. Caitlin was my service coordinator and she was both friendly and professional. Was told it would take somewhere between 1.5 - 2 hours for my 20K service. Had a couple of other "little" items that I requested be looked at. Everything was done in 90 minutes or so, including the items (fixed at N/C) I had pointed out.

Why five stars? Because they did not try to push an auto sale on me. They answered all questions as best to their knowledge. When I picked the car I wanted, they showed me all the details of the car, explained in detail how the warranty’s work. Thank you be of Sunnyvale, you have a customer for life.
