After a poor oil change at Jiffy Lube caused serious engine damage, I had to have my car towed to the dealership and ultimately needed a full engine replacement. From the moment it arrived, the team at VW went above and beyond. Caitlin, Kyle, Eric, and Erik were incredible—professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They even handled communication with Jiffy Lube, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this VW service team—they're top-notch!

Getting the appointment was not smooth. I was told I had an appointment, but on the day of the appointment, I was told I did not have one. I was able to "walk in", anyway, so that fortunately worked out. I got a rental car, which was nice. However, while my car was in service, I did not get any updates on it. The only call I got was when the service was finished and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I would have preferred to get some information on what was found during the service instead of just after. In fact, I had to ask for information about what was repaired after I got the call to pick up the vehicle. Lastly, I recall that some time back, they used to clean the vehicle after a servicing, but mine was not cleaned when I picked it up. It would have been a nice touch to have the car vacuumed / washed for pick-up.
