Was welcomed immediately upon my arrival. Caitlin was my service coordinator and she was both friendly and professional. Was told it would take somewhere between 1.5 - 2 hours for my 20K service. Had a couple of other "little" items that I requested be looked at. Everything was done in 90 minutes or so, including the items (fixed at N/C) I had pointed out.

Why five stars? Because they did not try to push an auto sale on me. They answered all questions as best to their knowledge. When I picked the car I wanted, they showed me all the details of the car, explained in detail how the warranty’s work. Thank you be of Sunnyvale, you have a customer for life.

VW If you’re looking to buy a VW, look no further than Sunnyvale Volkswagen. Who likes shopping for a car? No one! I had a horrible experience at Capitol VW and was about to give up on getting a VW. I went to a Jeep dealership that was ok, but I wasn’t sold on the vehicles they had. I really wanted to Tiguan but didn’t want to go back to Capitol VW. Enter, Sunnyvale Volkswagen! They made the experience so easy! They had the car I wanted, I test drove it, easy-peasy, and then the rest of the process was easy! I’d sat I was there about an hour and a half, start to finish. The people I encountered were all amazing! Marina was wonderful! It was also a breath of fresh air, as a woman, to work with another woman. I did not, at any time, feel like someone was trying to take advantage of me or “trick” me. KC was great, explained everything well. The finance guy was so kind and so smiley! I feel like I may be a VW girl for life because of how easy it was to do everything at Sunnyvale VW. It drives great and I love all the features! And, as a side note, I absolutely love my new car! If you’re looking for a car with no hassle, I highly recommend Sunnyvale VW!
