    Getting the appointment was not smooth. I was told I had an appointment, but on the day of the appointment, I was told I did not have one. I was able to "walk in", anyway, so that fortunately worked out. I got a rental car, which was nice. However, while my car was in service, I did not get any updates on it. The only call I got was when the service was finished and the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I would have preferred to get some information on what was found during the service instead of just after. In fact, I had to ask for information about what was repaired after I got the call to pick up the vehicle. Lastly, I recall that some time back, they used to clean the vehicle after a servicing, but mine was not cleaned when I picked it up. It would have been a nice touch to have the car vacuumed / washed for pick-up.

    A customer service agent met me outside a few minutes after I pulled in. She texted me so we could be in contact. When the car was ready she sent me a message to come back. The car was washed outside and vacuumed inside. Clear communication let me manage the rest of my day well. I appreciated the consideration for my time. I did not love the waiting area options. I preferred the couch but it was in the showroom. I went to a nearby cafe instead.

    Service staff were friendly and helpful, as they always are. The service was completed when promised, which allowed me to be on time for another engagement.
