VW sent me to this dealership after I couldn't get Boardwalk VW to service my recalls on a timely basis. I had been waiting over 6 months for them to "get the parts". They were friendly, courteous and got the recalls done in one day. This is my new dealership!!

Mariana was very helpful to assist us showing what we are looking for. She is pushing to specific car model but allow to select what we want and provided us advices based on our needs. After a poor oil change at Jiffy Lube caused serious engine damage, I had to have my car towed to the dealership and ultimately needed a full engine replacement. From the moment it arrived, the team at VW went above and beyond. Caitlin, Kyle, Eric, and Erik were incredible—professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They even handled communication with Jiffy Lube, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this VW service team—they're top-notch!
